Official Call to 114^th Annual Convention

Representation. The voting body shall be:

• The president or her alternate and one accredited delegate or alternate from each club in active membership of fourteen members or fewer plus one delegate or alternate for each additional five members or major fraction thereof.
• One accredited delegate or alternate for each organization in associate membership.
• All members of the Board of Directors.
• Restriction. No GFWC-Colorado officer or chairman shall be a delegate from her club. No delegate shall be allowed to represent more than one club. A delegate is entitled to only the credentials of her highest GFWC Colorado position. Credentials are not transferable.

Non-Delegates. Members of all clubs and organizations belonging to GFWC Colorado who are not delegates may attend the convention, but may not have the privilege of the floor vote.

Registration. Delegates and non-delegates. A registration fee of four dollars ($4) shall be required to attend the convention.
